Chennai Corporation has launched the download of Birth / Death certificates for people born in Chennai. Available for download as a PDF file. You just need to specify any of the two criteria which are displayed.
Certificates are available from the year 1950 only.This certificate is computer generated and does not require any Seal/Signature. The authenticity of any certificate can also be verified here. The Registration Number is unique to each birth.
